Returns & Exchange Policy
At Or’h Wear, we strive to ensure your satisfaction. If for any reason you need to return or exchange an item, please read the policy below carefully.
1. Eligibility for Return/Exchange
You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order, provided that:
- The item is unused, unwashed, and unaltered
- It is in original packaging with all tags attached
- You provide proof of purchase (order number or invoice)
2. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Custom or made-to-order items
- Sale or discounted products
- Accessories (e.g. scarves, caps)
- Items showing signs of wear or use
3. Requesting a Return/Exchange
To initiate a return:
- Email sales@orhwear.com within 7 days of delivery.
- Mention your order number and reason for return.
- Attach clear photos if reporting damage or defect.
- Once approved, we will guide you through the return process.
4. Shipping Responsibility
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.
- Items must be shipped to the return address provided by our team after approval.
5. Exchanges
- Exchanges are only allowed for the same item in a different size, subject to availability.
- If the replacement item is not available, you may choose store credit.
6. Refunds (If Applicable)
- Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days of receiving the returned item.
- Refunds will be issued through the original payment method.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
7. Defective or Wrong Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at sales@orhwear.com
- Include order number and photos of the issue
- We will offer a replacement (if in stock) or a full refund
8. Right to Refuse Returns
Or’h Wear reserves the right to:
- Reject returns that do not meet policy conditions
- Refuse customers who repeatedly misuse return privileges
