Orders cannot be changed once they’ve been processed. For urgent queries, please email us immediately at sales@orhwear.com.
Most ready-to-wear items are available for immediate dispatch. Custom or made-to-order pieces may require additional time, which is mentioned on the product page.
💳 Payments
We accept payments via bank transfer and secure online payment gateway. We also offer Cash on Delivery (COD) as a payment option.
Please send a screenshot or proof of payment to sales@orhwear.com, along with your order number. Orders will only be processed once payment is verified.

Yes, we offer nationwide delivery through trusted courier partners
Yes, we ship internationally. Shipping charges and estimated delivery times will be calculated at checkout based on your location
- Pakistan: 3–7 working days
- International: 7–14 working days (customs clearance may affect this)
- Once your order is shipped, we’ll send your tracking details via email or WhatsApp.
🔁 Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns on eligible ready-to-wear items within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition and packaging. Custom, altered, or sale items are not eligible for return.
Yes, exchanges are allowed for size changes only, and are subject to product availability.
