3. Products, Descriptions & Imagery

We strive to display accurate product images, descriptions, and specifications. However, slight variations may occur.

Colour, fabric texture, and design elements may differ slightly due to photography, lighting, or screen settings.

Some garments are handcrafted or use natural materials, which may lead to minor variations.

Or’h Wear is not liable for any discrepancies between product images and the actual item received.

These variations do not qualify as defects and are not grounds for refund, exchange, or complaint.

4. Orders & Payment

All orders placed through the website constitute an offer to purchase.

We reserve the right to accept or reject any order at our discretion, without needing to provide a reason.

Full payment is required in advance through Bank Transfer or our approved Payment Gateway. We do not accept Cash on Delivery (COD).

Orders will only be processed after payment is successfully received and verified.

Failure to complete payment within the designated period may result in automatic cancellation without notice.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery timelines provided are estimates only and not guaranteed.

Or’h Wear is not responsible for delivery delays caused by courier services, customs procedures (for international orders), or force majeure events.

Risk of loss and title pass to the customer once the order is delivered to the shipping address provided.

6. Custom & Made-to-Order Items

Customised and made-to-order pieces are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, unless the item is confirmed to be defective.

Slight variations in stitching, sizing, embroidery, or fabric finish are considered standard for handcrafted or bespoke items and will not be accepted as grounds for return.

7. Returns & Exchanges

Returns are only accepted for eligible ready-to-wear items within 7 days of delivery, in accordance with our Returns & Exchange Policy.

Returned items must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Or’h Wear reserves the right to refuse any return that does not comply with these conditions.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on orhwear.com — including but not limited to images, text, designs, logos, and product visuals — is the intellectual property of Or’h Wear.

Any unauthorised use, reproduction, or distribution of our content is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

9. Limitation of Liability

Or’h Wear will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to your use of the site or the purchase of any product.
